TMLA's Adopt-a-Grandparent group and All By Hand crocheting club joined efforts to create lap blankets for the residents of Hillside Manor, a nearby nursing home. Under the direction of Mrs. Grace West (AAG) and Ms. Cacciola (ABH) students crocheted oversized, colorful blankets for the men and women living at the home. Adopt-a-Grandparent hosts several events for the seniors at Hillside Manor each year including a Valentine's Day Dance with the young men from Holy Cross.
