The CSJ Leadership Club at The Mary Louis Academy held a Spread the Love Week February 8-12. Under the direction of moderator S. Linda Pero, club members coordinated a week of activities to show our love for and support of one another as members of One Sacred Community. To show solidarity, each homeroom connected their “hearts” into one continuous chain. Each individual chain was then linked together with all the other homeroom chains to form one chain of hearts that was representative of the entire TMLA community. The CSJ Leadership Club also sponsored a Open House at which guests shared all sorts of Valentine’s Day goodies and candies. Visitors received love-themed trinkets such as pencils and bracelets. Other planned activities included red shirt day and a day when the class bells were replaced with songs about friendship. Photo: S.
