Sister Marie Mackey,CSJ, a member of TMLA's Dept. of Religious Studies and a graduate of TMLA, Class of 80, offered a wonderful mini-retreat experience for our 7th and 8th grade girls taking part in TMLA's Summer Fest. Sister Marie offered students the opportunity for introspection, discussion, journal writing, reflection, prayer and a guided meditation. Students were given their own New Testatment for Teens and Sister Marie offered suggestions on how the girls might read and pray the NT in new ways.
